Overview
How to add browser extensions such as Proctorio (Secure Exam Proctor) while being logged into their school email.
Issue: Google Chrome Store is blocked on your SUNY Broome email
1. User is logged into Google Chrome with their SUNY Broome email
2. While logged in the user can't access the Chrome Web Extension Store
Fix: For Google Chrome
1. Log out of your SUNY Broome email
2. Navigate to the extension you want to add
(Please note after clicking "Add extension" it may close your Google Chrome Browser) If it does not close your browser you will see this next:
Pin it to the top you will always see it next to the puzzle piece:
3. Log back into your SUNY Broome email and the extension will still be active
At this point you should be all set to take your Brightspace exams.
