Connecting iPhones to Campus WiFi

Overview

All faculty, staff, and students have access to our private, on-campus Wi-FI network while they are a part of the SUNY Broome community. All visitors to the campus will have access to our public, guest Wi-FI network. The below instructions will guide you through the process of joining the private or public Wi-Fi.

For students, faculty, and staff, please use the SUNYBroomeConnect network. For all other visitors, please use the SBCCOpen network.

Please note: If you have successfully logged into the SUNYBroomeConnect network in the past, and are now unable to connect, please refer to the Troubleshooting section below.

ATTENTION: VPNs WILL NOT FUNCTION ON CAMPUS WI-FI. IF YOU NEED TO USE A VPN, YOU MUST CONNECT YOUR DEVICE TO A PERSONAL HOTSPOT.
